The condensed version was mostly just focused on Ilya's training session so if that's all you're interested in, you will probably not want to spend 1.5 hours on this video. However, this longer version includes most of the lifters training at Norwood that evening and it also includes a lot more of the breaks, so it is slower moving at times.
