DOS/Win98 build with Asus P3B-F part 2.9, re-repairing the mobo (IRQ issues with ISA sound cards)
I'm having different IRQ related issues with two ISA sound cards and failed floppy drive with one sound card. I suspect the motherboard and there is a short somewhere.
