An Introduction To The Geophysic Collection By Jaeger-LeCoultre
The Geophysic line launched by Jaeger-LeCoultre in the fall of 2015 is designed to offer a forward-thinking technology combined with an edgy neo vintage look. The first two models of this new line are both equipped with a high-performance regulator, the Gyrolab, that also provides deadbeat seconds, a mechanical refinement that makes the second hand jump from one second marker to the next without the usual barely perceptible steps in between. The Universal Time model additionally presents a world time function. Jaeger-LeCoultre developed a completely new caliber for this collection named 770, which is destined to become a new backbone of the collection. Stéphane Belmont, head of marketing, comments the reasons for Jaeger-LeCoultre to have introduced this new line as he presents the current models.
