I had a wonderful experience staying and having delicious kaiseki meals at a 150 year old traditional Japanese inn, Arai Ryokan. Their bathing room has a surprising view that I enjoyed while soaking myself in a hot spring tub. This episodes offers interesting anecdotes and pictures explaining the inn’s family history! ✨More recently, additional remodeling constructions have been completed, including new open-air bathing areas.
