1997 Feeley - Celtic Music in the Great Houses of Ireland

I made this half-hour pilot video for RTÉ TV in 1997. Filming was done at Luggala, Co Wicklow, the home of the Hon. Garech De Brún of the distinguished Co. Mayo family, a patron of Irish music and a student of harping and harp music. His guest on that day was Ireland's most distinguished guitarist, John Feeley. Among the pieces he plays are airs by the harper-composer Turlough Carolan (1670-1738) and other Irish tunes from the early 1700s.
