I will tell you how it was for us, and what conclusions we made. The first objective criterion that applies to all customers and all manufacturers is delivery. If possible, I would highly recommend looking for a manufacturer in the region of Ukraine where you plan to build a house. The second criterion is the amount of money for the house. The choice of the level of the manufacturer also depends on this criterion. The third criterion is the amount of work that you plan to order from a potential manufacturer, and not from someone else and not do it yourself. Choosing a manufacturer of your house means choosing someone with whom you will build it. Not only who will build it for you, but also with whom you will design it from scratch. You find someone who inspires trust in you, and he tells you by what rules he works. You accept or do not accept these rules. If you do not trust the manufacturer, then during the design process you can go crazy with doubts and worries.
