As someone who's never played League of Legends, I'm going in knowing almost nothing: just that it's set in Piltover and Zaun, the divided city of the rich topside and the poorer undercity, and that it's centred around a character called Jinx. This first time watching Arcane takes us through the stunning wordless opening, the heist with Vi and Powder, the chaos in the Lanes, meeting Vander and the enforcers, and that unforgettable final scene.
