sour curry thai recipe แกงส้ม Gaeng Som This is one of my favourite Thai curry dishes, it's healthy, full of flavour, covered in chilli, fresh and so easy to make. Plus the flavour improves over a few days to really be a tour de force. This is our recipe for Thai Sour curry also known as Gaeng Som in Thailand. แกงส้ม Gaeng Som Gaeng means curry and Som is an old Thai way to say sour.
