Sulle vie del tè: Le professioni del personal tea butler, tea barman e tea chef - 18.06.2021

Our journey “On the Roads of Tea” continues to discover the professions that revolve around this precious drink. As always, Marco Bertona, a professional Tea Taster and president of the Associazione Tè e Infusi, will guide us on this journey. The spotlight is on the figures of the Personal Tea Butler, Tea Barman and Tea Chef. Igor Battistin, the first Italian Personal Tea Butler certified by AssoTè Infusi, will show us what a true tea butler does and what are the operational areas in which he operates, as well as some suggestions for tea-food pairing. Another profession is also on the rise, that of the Tea Barman. Jonathan Tonetto, an expert in Tea Mixology, certified by AssoTè Infusi, will prepare a Champagne Cocktail Tea created by Igor Battistin. Tea is also highly appreciated in cooking. This is where the professional figure of the Tea Chef was born, who does not use it as a simple ingredient but is a true tea expert. The young Massimo Ferazzoli, ice cream maker and chocolatier, will prepare some delicacies for us in which tea is the excellent protagonist.
