Beast In Black interview with Yannis Papadopoulos

Μετά από μια περιπετειώδη συνεννόηση με τον tour manager των Beast In Black στριμωχτήκαμε στο tour bus για μια συνέντευξη με τον τραγουδιστή, Γιάννη Παπαδόπουλο, στην πρώτη του εμφάνιση στην Αθήνα και δεύτερη συνολικά στην Ελλάδα με τη μπάντα. Τα συναισθήματα του τόσα πολλά για να τα περιγράψει με λέξεις. Ο ενθουσιασμός και η συγκίνησή του μεταφράστηκαν από τον ίδιο με την λέξη “περηφάνια”, ιδιαίτερα εφόσον η συναυλία της Αθήνας, η τελευταία της περιοδείας είναι sold out. Με τον κόσμο να γεμίζει το Gagarin 205 και την αδρεναλίνη να ανεβαίνει ο χρόνος για κουβέντα είναι περιορισμένος, όπως ακριβώς και ο χώρος ανάμεσα στα καθίσματα και το διάδρομο του λεωφορείου. Οι όποιες σκέψεις για υπερπαραγωγή, δεύτερη κάμερα κλπ πάνε περίπατο... 3,2,1 Action! After a rather adventurous negotiation with Beast In Black’s tour manager we crammed into the tour bus for an interview with singer Yannis Papadopoulos on his first show in Athens and second in Greece overall as the band’s frontman. His is so full of emotion that he cannot even describe it. His entousiasm and thrill is translated by himself as “pride”, especially since the show in Athens – the last one of the tour- is sold out. As the crowd is flooding the venue and the adrenaline is rising higher and higher our time for chatting is limited, just like the space between the bus’ seats and corridor.
