This video is the first part of a demonstration on how to build a compound miter serving tray from salvaged shipping crate material and offcuts from another project. The tray is 350mm wide x 500mm long x 75mm high. It has sides that flair 15 degrees with 14mm thick sides and a 1/4" thick bottom. To get square corners, the blade angle is set at 43.1 degrees and the miter fence set at 14.51 degrees.
