Without a doubt, the block of questions about the pasta machine and its cleaning is one of the most numerous. There is a great deal of mystery and fear surrounding the cleaning of the machine. When in fact it is a very simple, fast and fundamental process to be able to work with clay in a clean way. Personally, I clean the machine every day, to clean it I dismantle it almost completely and in this task it takes from 3 to 5 minutes.
