Healthy Mind Yoga involves postures and movements done with a meditative awareness called mindfulness, which can be defined as intentionally paying attention to our experience in the present moment with an open and accepting attitude. The practice places a special emphasis on cultivating a healthy mind in addition to a healthy body. Corey provides complete and easy-to-follow instructions for every posture and technique. This practice emphasize relatively slow and gentle movements and postures that are accessible to a wide range of individuals with varying levels of experience.
