This is a home café-style cup dessert recipe. Today, I made a Coffee Jelly Parfait using silky coffee jelly and café au lait jelly. By combining rich black coffee jelly with creamy café au lait jelly, this cup dessert has a delightfully jiggly and smooth texture. Finished with condensed milk and coffee syrup for even more delicious flavor, this is a café-style sweet you can enjoy at home. 【Ingredients】Makes 2 cups (180ml each) ● Coffee (260ml total) Coffee beans: 20g Hot water: 270ml ● Bloom the gelatin Powdered gelatin: 5g Cold water: 25ml ● Black Coffee Jelly Coffee: 120ml Granulated sugar: 10g Half of the bloomed gelatin ● Café au Lait Jelly Coffee: 90ml Heavy cream: 30ml Granulated sugar: 10g Half of the bloomed gelatin ● Coffee Syrup Coffee: 30ml Granulated sugar: 2 tbsp ● Whipped Cream Heavy cream: 100ml Sugar: 10g ● Coffee Cream (Topping whipped cream) Half of the whipped cream above A small amount of instant coffee ● Others Granola: 30g Condensed milk: as needed Mint: a small amount As part of my Home Café Cup Sweets series, I’ll continue sharing parfaits and desserts.
