Thoracic Spine FRC Lateral Flexion & Segmental Control
In this session, we focus on thoracic spine Functional Range Conditioning with an emphasis on lateral flexion and spinal segmentation. The class begins with controlled segmentation work to improve awareness, control, and dissociation through the thoracic spine. We then progress into slow, deliberate lateral flexion to build strength, mobility, and resilience through available ranges. The session concludes with thoracic CARs to reinforce joint health, control, and usable range of motion.
