Episode 7 On May 25, 2022, we started our big trip into the upcoming thunderstorms in the northern Great Plains. From the Midwest in Texas, we headed toward South Dakota to Rapid City. We spent two days driving across the country and then chasing the third in the north. A thunderstorm chase through the grasslands of the Great Plains. On May 26, 2022, we photographed the Milky Way. We did the same thing a day later in Bad Lands National Park, a very old, dried-up river valley. Also one of the darkest places in the world. Here, the stars and everything else are really clearly visible. ___________________________________________________ USA - Land of superlatives.
