Automating Confluence Approval

How to set up and automate approval workflows in Confluence using Capable Approval in three ways: manually requesting ad hoc approvals from selected users or predefined teams; automatically assigning an approval team to every new page when it’s published (or when existing pages are updated); and routing approvals to different teams based on page labels. It shows how teams can be configured with different approval requirements and expiration settings, and how notifications can be sent via email and optionally Slack.
