Here is a flip through of Second Grade Math With Confidence by Kate Snow. We used First Grade Math With Confidence last year and loved the solid teaching for memorizing addition and subtraction facts, so we are keeping on with this curriculum another year! Its straightforward how to teach, just read down the page and present game’s exactly as it says. This is a very hands on teacher led curriculum, and not very worksheet heavy at all. It’s not heavy with word problems, although I’d love to see more of those in future years. Kate snow plans to release a new level each June up through 6th grade.
