Static Pokemon: Static Pokemon are gifts or Pokemon found in the over world and can be obtained. Shiny clause: In the rare event I come across a shiny Pokemon no matter if I caught a Pokemon in that route and or area it is a legal encounter. If at anytime I fight a battle that I feel is unfair I have the right to say it doesn't count as long as I don't abuse the use of this rule.
