Brazilian Civil Police are investigating seven suspects believed to be part of a gang that threatens and assaults residents of the Terra Nova settlement in Planaltina (DF). Among those under investigation are Klaywer Lucas Nunes Nóbrega, Kênia Cristina Alves de Sousa, Ivanilson Nunes Barbosa, Francyele Alves Divino, Edvan Nunes Barbosa "China", Matheus Henrique Miranda, and Karina Pinto de Sousa. The group, specialized in land grabbing, forcibly evicts residents who refuse to leave their properties. Since the beginning of the month, following Operation Terra Nova, the suspects have been on the run. At the time, 140 police officers participated in the operation, resulting in the arrest of six members.
