The technical instructor is a government employee. They are responsible for teaching and educational facilitation. They contribute to achieving vocational training and integration objectives for young people in the care of youth justice institutions and services. The culinary technical instructor shares their expertise, life skills, and restaurant experience with young people who are excluded from traditional career paths. They support them in their professional integration. The technical instructor: assesses the abilities of minors or young adults; reconciles minors with apprenticeships; builds social and professional integration projects; designs educational tools; monitors minors during company internships; develops and maintains a partnership network; leads individual and group training sessions; is involved in developing the project for the youth justice service where they work.
