Christmas Hits Different When You Live in Thailand 🇹🇭

In this family vlog, we share what Christmas looks like for us now that Thailand is home. The video starts with our daughters decorating the Christmas tree, heading off to school, and attending their school Christmas party dressed up and full of excitement. They take gifts and snacks to share, then come home later to open the presents they received from school. That evening, we keep the magic alive by leaving cookies, milk, and a carrot out for Santa and his reindeer. Christmas morning begins with the girls waking up to open their presents, followed by us sharing how we spent Christmas Day living in Thailand as expats. Instead of a traditional Christmas, we enjoyed a beach day, splurged on a seafood feast, and finished the evening playing in the mall’s fake snow display. It didn’t feel like the Christmas we grew up with, but it was a day well spent creating memories and magic for our kids. Because in the end, Christmas isn’t about where you are, but who you’re with. We’re learning to create our own traditions and embrace this new chapter of life in Thailand.
