These are the tools that make preparation and crisping easier. Check out the details in the video links! In this video, you'll see that patience is the main ingredient. The brisket was on the grill for approximately 2 and a half hours. During that time, I turned the skewer every 15 or 20 minutes to brown it evenly. After it was well browned, comes the best part: crisping the skin! After removing the first layer, the skewer goes back to the coals (medium to high heat) to brown quickly and we continue the process until the end. The result?
