What Movenpick Hotel Mansour Eddahbi Marrakesh has to offer: Highlights and key pros and cons

We visited #Movenpick Hotel Mansour Eddahbi in Marrakesh. This is our second video from this incredible hotel. In this video we don’t include our narrative but allow you to take in the surrounding, hearing and seeing what we did. Beautifully set, the hotel is spread across a large footprint and offers a comfortable setting for guests to recoup, relax and enjoy their vacation.  The hotel offers guests daily freshly prepared chocolate made by their very own chocolatier and freshly made Moroccan mint tea, which along with the water and fruits in the room create a welcoming feel.   Staff were generally warm and welcoming, though some of the team in the Restaurant could have been more helpful.  The rooms were immaculate and came with a balcony. However the pillow offerings were not comfortable and also we did find what appeared to be old cracks on the flooring and walls which for a five star establishment should have been mixed up and rectified immediately. Thats said, with the warmth shown by our concierge, Adil, all the house keeping team, the chocolatier  and a large number of staff overseeing the breakfast restaurant, including Hasan who went above and beyond to accommodate us, this is fantastic hotel.   One thing about our experience we must touch upon was the visit from a senior manager who was inspecting the service on our last day.  So apart from the fact he was selective who he would  engage with, his presence did create a tension amongst the staff as many were trying to impress.  That said we noticed the improvement from some who were quieter and less engaged previously than during his visit.   So overall We rated it as the Bees Knees as it scored a 90%   overall. #morocco #marrakesh #hotels #tour
