Welcome to the first episode of the One Night in Bangkok Podcast! In this episode I sit down with Jonny from Jonny There is Something Happening. We chat about moving to Thailand, escaping the craziness of Bangkok, and some of the (potential) downsides of dating a Thai girl. After living in Thailand for over ten years, he offers a bit of a different perspective from the (mostly) new-to-Thailand vloggers on YouTube. There are over 400 videos on his YouTube channel, documenting everything from the beautiful beaches, to quiet life in Hua Hin, and the craziness of the bars (and bar girls). *I noticed a lot of comments asking why I didn't talk to the girls very much. Although it's not apparent in the video, the girls had actually expressed beforehand that they were really nervous/shy so I told them they could just hang out and didn't have to speak unless they wanted to. Just wanted to clear that up.
