The new Axon Sync switch from Unity got some guys excited because of its potential to greatly improve the usability of a Surefire Vampire light paired with a standalone laser. I was one of those guys, but it turns out this setup has some fatal flaws and some irritating design choices that make it ultimately worse than the Modbutton Lite dual lead switch.
