Luton Carnival 2023 (Full Parade)

Luton International Carnival, Sun 28th May 2023. I filmed the parade twice, once from its starting point along park street on one side of the road, and second as the parade made its way past the Town Hall on the opposite side of the road. I did this because spectators kept getting in the way of the camera and floats as the carnival parade performers made their way along the route. The second time was better as there wasn't as many people in the location.
