Parkour Girl: Erica Madrid

Since I come from an acrobatic background, Freerunning caught my attention quicker than the efficient movement of Parkour. I've competed in Parkour competitions throughout the years and have always enjoyed it, but never really trained it outside of those competitions. I decided to dedicate a little bit of time to working on my efficient movement for my own enjoyment. Here are the clips from some of that time. Big thanks to APEX Movement for helping along this journey of movement, and to Ryan Ford and Renae Dambly for filming. And of course to my family for supporting me through everything I do. I dedicate this video to my grandpa, my dogs Jewels and Blanca and my bunny Max. I love and miss you all dearly! MUSIC: Pretty Lights: Lost and Found ODESZA Remix
