This is by no means the final word on wrist spin bowling. A good friend of mine, Adam Hollioake and I put this together a while back as the first in a series of short videos we planned to release as apps... whilst that idea hasn't come to fruition, we still have an ambition to provide digital coaching tools, so if you like this and would like some more, please feel free to get in touch.
