Ryobi BP42 Not Starting Troubleshooting Fuel Replaced Carburetor/Bulb, Rewind Pull Cord Recoil

In this video I discuss replacing and adjusting carb, FREE recoil handle and spring winding replacement, fuel lines/filter, and other issues to look for when starting or troubleshooting the Ryobi BP42 Backpack Blower. While the unit is overall very good when working the past 4-5 years, I've had a lot of downtime this past year requiring a full investigation and overhaul. Carburetor kit - Came with Pacman screwdriver to adjust old carb from factory, but "A Circle" adjustment on new carb, adjustment was needed to high side but works great.
