THE GAINT SPRUCE TRAIL CAPE PERPETUA OREGON

On this outdoor hiking adventure, I am visiting the Cape Perpetua National Scenic Area right outside the seaside town of Yachats, Oregon. I ended up doing the Giant Spruce Trail, which is labeled as easy at 2 miles round-trip and 236 feet of elevation gain! This hike takes you to a beautiful 500-year-old, 185-foot-tall Sitka Spruce tree. This entire hike is so gorgeous along the way with beautiful green mossy trees and a lovely creek paralleling the trail. I highly recommend this hike if you are passing through the area and stopping at the visitor center anyway.
