To work in diagnostics, you must complete training, whether or not you have experience in the construction industry. *What level of education is required to become a property diagnostician?* Companies generally recruit individuals with a two-year degree (Bac + 2) or equivalent and who have received training in construction, real estate, or energy. A BTS (Higher National Diploma) in construction, a DUT (University Diploma in Civil Engineering), or a DUT (University Diploma in Thermal Engineering and Energy) are among the sought-after qualifications.
