Khati-Khati made in the oven/how to cook African grilled chicken

Kati Kati is one of the most ancient and distinctive dishes of the Nkom people in Cameroon. I’m not from there but I can’t get enough of Kati kati coz this chicken is so tantalizing. Ingredients: Chicken Cameroonian pepper Country pepper Country onions Onions Chilli Salt & knorr cube for taste Preparation: Use fresh chicken, if you can. I’m using freshly cut & clean “live chicken “ Roast chicken on flames 🔥 to give it that burnt flavor but here I’m using my oven & electric grill Marinate chicken with blended spices then add stock from oven Cover chicken with foil & cook for 2hrs.
