EagerLED EA640F2 Indoor LED Display Mounting Installation Tutorial Video/LED Screen Installation

Step 1: Install the support frame 1. Find a suitable location for the LED screen. Ensure the location is near a power source and has enough space for the display. 2. Assemble the support frame according to the manufacturer's instructions. Make sure all the connections are tight and secure. 3. Use a measuring tape to mark the position of the support frame on the wall. Use a spirit level to ensure that the frame is level. 4. Make pilot holes on the marked positions on the wall using a suitable drill bit. Insert wall anchors into the pilot holes. 5. Attach the support frame to the wall using screws. Use a spirit level to check that the support frame is level. Step 2: Install the cabinet on the support frame 1. Install the power supply unit (PSU) inside the cabinet. Connect the power cable of the PSU to an electrical outlet. 2. Place the cabinet onto the support frame. Make sure that the cabinet is securely attached to the support frame. 3. Connect the data cable to the receiving card in the cabinet. Ensure the connection is tight and secure. 4. Install the LED modules into the cabinet. Follow the instructions provided by the manufacturer carefully. 5. Connect the power cables for the LED modules. Ensure the connections are tight and secure. Step 3: Install the LED display 1. Install the control card into the cabinet. Connect the data cable from the control card to the receiving card. 2. Turn on the power switch and check that the LED modules are working. 3. Use the manufacturer-provided software to set up the LED display. Configure the display settings according to your needs. 4. Finally, test the display to ensure that it is working correctly.
