Welcome to crave food daily 🍽️ ⏱️ Preparation Time: 15 Minutes 🍳 Cooking Time: 30 Minutes 🍽️ Servings: 4 📌 Course: Main Course 🌶️ Cuisine: Indian Ingredients✨ 4–5 drumsticks (Shevga), cut into pieces 2 potatoes, chopped (optional) 2 large onions ½ cup dry grated coconut 2 tbsp oil 1 tsp cumin seeds 8–10 garlic cloves 1-inch ginger ½ tsp turmeric powder 2 tsp red chili powder 1 tsp coriander powder ½ tsp cumin powder 1 kichan king masala 1 tsp garam masala Salt to taste Fresh coriander leaves Water as needed Method✨ Fry the onions until golden brown. Roast the grated coconut until golden and aromatic. Grind the fried onion, roasted coconut, into a smooth paste. Heat oil, add mustard seeds and cumin seeds. Add the prepared masala paste and cook until the oil separates. Mix in turmeric, red chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala, and salt. Add drumsticks and potatoes, then pour in water. cook until the vegetables are tender. Garnish with fresh coriander and serve hot with roti, bhakri, or rice. Methi Sabji ✨ ingredients 2 bunches fresh methi (fenugreek) leaves 2 medium onions, thinly sliced 1 tsp cumin seeds 2 tbsp oil 2 green chilies, chopped ½ tsp turmeric powder Salt to taste Method ✨ Wash the methi (fenugreek) leaves thoroughly, and keep aside. Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan. Add 1 tsp cumin seeds and let them crackle. Add 2 thinly sliced onions and sauté until they turn light golden. Add 2 chopped green chilies and sauté for 30 seconds. Add ¼ tsp turmeric powder and salt to taste. Mix well. Add the chopped methi leaves and stir well. Do not add water, as methi releases its own moisture. Cook until the moisture evaporates and the bhaji is soft and flavorful.
