Fried And True The Dallas Chicken Family.... Part Two Pickle And Pepper By Hall’s
I was checking out the new branch off of the oldest Dallas chicken family tree, Pickle and Pepper by Hall’s. They are continuing the legacy started by John Hall grandson to Herman Henderson, the man who started it all with the “Chicken Shack” in 1948 on Hall Street and Thomas Ave. They’re proven legacy lives on through their chicken but they have also added new menu items that signal a bright future for the family dynasty.
