🌿🏡 Welcome back to my African village life! Today I prepared soft and delicious 🎃 pumpkin chapati with 🫘 beans on a traditional 🔥 jiko. While the pumpkin and beans were boiling, I took some time to visit my kitchen garden and give my vegetables some much-needed 💧 water because we have not received enough 🌦️ rain lately. 🥬 During the garden update, I noticed that 🐦 birds had eaten some of my vegetables. Gardening comes with many challenges, but I remain hopeful and continue caring for my garden every day. 🌱💚 After watering the garden, I returned to the kitchen to finish cooking the pumpkin chapati and flavorful beans. 🍲🫓 Finally, I served a simple and satisfying village meal. 🍽️✨ Thank you for joining me on another peaceful day of African village life.
