How the Vario 125 and Vario 150 Motorcycles Work Every motorcycle, be it a Honda, Yamaha, Suzuki, or Kawasaki, has its own charging system and supporting components that play a role in the charging system. The Vario motorcycle has charging components: a stator comp (pulse), a 4-pin and 5-pin relay, and an ECM equipped with a rectifier. Only then can the charging system function properly. A normal charge on a Vario motorcycle is considered around 14.5 volts, and a charge deficit is considered below 12 volts. A battery with a voltage reading below 12 volts cannot power the ACG system on this motorcycle. Watch until the end.
