How to become a real rancher

Young people can still become real ranchers, without marrying it or inheriting it, even in these days of incredibly high prices. If you have the work ethic, are frugal and are willing to learn from the best ranchers around you, you already have one shoe on the ranching threshold. Here's how I became a rancher.
