750 km zum Gardasee – Dann ging der Umwerfer kaputt

750 km to Lake Garda and back – nonstop in under 48 hours. In this second part, we head back from Torbole to Munich. We start early in the morning at Lake Garda, ride through the Adige Valley towards the Brenner Pass – until, just before the pass, the front derailleur suddenly fails. From that moment on, only the large chainring remains. Despite steep climbs, fatigue, and a second night on the bike, we continue over the Brenner Pass and the Achen Pass back to Munich. 380 km, a mechanical issue, lack of sleep, and a long battle against exhaustion.
