Uganda: "Apologise or Leave," Museveni's Son & Military Chief Tells US Ambassador | Firstpost Africa Trouble seems to be brewing for the U.S., whose envoy to Uganda has gotten an ultimatum from the East African country’s military chief to either apologise or head back home. While the actual reason is unknown, Uganda’s military head General Muhoozi Kainerubaga said on social media on Friday that the U.S. ambassador had disrespected the country’s President and its constitution.
