Real Client Branding Shoot Breakdown

#brandingphotography #learnphotoediting #learnphotography In this video I break down a full branding photography session I created for a flooring company specializing in carpet, hardwood floors, and more. We created a wide range of content for their business including website images, social media content, ad campaign visuals, and print marketing material. The indoor portion of the shoot was done inside a very small office space, so I walk through how I bounced light using a 200W strobe to keep the lighting clean, natural, and controlled without overcrowding the room. Then we took the same setup outdoors during golden hour to maximize ambient light and avoid needing a more powerful strobe. Throughout the video I discuss: • Why I scheduled the session during golden hour • My modifier choice and why it worked • Light placement and how I approached different scenes • How I created variety during a branding session • Headshots, closeups, mid body, wide shots, and full body compositions • Angles and ideas photographers should keep in mind during branding shoots • How to create business focused branding photos that actually help clients market themselves If you are trying to improve your branding photography, corporate headshots, off camera flash techniques, or client workflow, this breakdown should help give you ideas you can apply to your own shoots.
