Francisco Antonio Garcia Lopez, known as Toño Bicicleta, was Puerto Rico's most notorious fugitive. He defied authorities for years, committing countless assaults, robberies, and kidnappings. Hundreds of articles and books have been written about Toño Bicicleta, and a documentary was even made. He was a legend. His birthplace is subject to contradictions.
