I am Marco Almeida, married to Sandrinha. We left the big city in search of a better quality of life and moved to the rural area of ​​Serra Azul, about 40 kilometers from Ribeirão. We were public employees, and as soon as Sandrinha retired, we moved to the countryside with our youngest son, Alexandre, and our grandson, Benjamin. A year after our move and after settling in the countryside, I also left public service to dedicate myself solely to farm activities, our livestock, and crops. What I want to tell you is that we've found not only quality of life here in this little piece of paradise, but also, and especially, physical and emotional health.
