Suzuki 250 Racer Build pt9: DIY 2-Stroke Porting with Garage Tools (Race Engine Build)

Description In this video I go through the first version of the cylinder porting on my 1973 Suzuki GT250 2-stroke race bike. I start by making a port map from the stock cylinder, then analyze it with my own DIY software, re-design the porting to satisfy STA target numbers, prepare port map template, and finally do the actual porting work. Stage 1 porting is kept relatively mild — I want to proceed in small steps and compare performance gains along the way.
