Sunday the 29th of March 2026 History was made this day as recently restored steam locomotive number 171 made it's first appearance in Rosslare Europort since July 2002. It worked the 'Sea Breeze' from Dublin Connolly - Wexford and back, then a local trip from Wexford - Rosslare Europort and back dubbed 'The Strand' Locations featured Knock-Na-Cree Road, Dalkey The Murrough, Wicklow Arklow, Co. Wicklow Enniscorthy, Co. Wexford Ferrycarrig. Co. Wexford Crescent Bridge, Wexford Town Rosslare Europort Rosehill Heights, Co. Wexford Wexford Town Ferrycarrig, Co. Wexford Killabeg, Co. Wexford Killybegs, Co. Wexford Tinakelly Murragh, Wicklow Williamstown,Blackrock, Co.
