Add paneer/ chicken mince to this marinade and leave aside for 15 mins. Add the marinated protein to a cold pan and place on low flame and cover the lid. Cook for 20 mins while occasionally breaking apart the chicken/ paneer Now open the lid and let it dry out. Once done, transfer to a plate.
