Revisiting a Moment That Still Stings

There's a moment in your life that you keep coming back to. Not every day. But it's there — in the shower, in traffic, at 2am when your brain runs a highlight reel you never asked for. This session is about looking at it directly. You'll be guided to revisit a memory with a moderate charge — not your biggest trauma, something manageable — and see it with the eyes you have now instead of the eyes you had then. Where were you? How old were you? What happened? And the question that matters most: what did you need in that moment that you didn't get? That unmet need is the sting. Not the event itself — the gap between what you needed and what you got. And you've probably been trying to fill that gap ever since. You are the observer in this session, not the participant. The memory is behind glass. You can see it, but it can't reach you. You can stop at any time. 🎧 Headphones, eyes closed, somewhere private ⚠️ Choose a memory that's a 4 or 5 out of 10 — not your hardest one. Build up gradually. — Between You and You.
