Microélectronique : Sources de courant (technologie bipolaire)
Hello everyone. We're continuing our study of the internal structure of analog integrated circuits with three current sources. 00:24: The first, interesting in principle and simplicity, is based on a Zener diode, which is actually unsuitable for integration into an integrated circuit. 06:16: The second is based on the use of a balanced current mirror. Its main drawback: it requires a high resistance to obtain small currents. 13:00: The last is a variation of the Widlar source and allows for small currents while limiting the total resistance required. Note: the final result is not 5756 but 575.6. To learn more or to support me, visit my website http://www.geii.eu
