Join me for a day in the life of a doctor in the hospital on a 26 hour call shift! You will learn about liver disease, doing a paracentesis to drain fluid out of a patient's abdomen and running to code blue emergencies! As a 3rd year internal medicine resident, I see patients on the ward during the day, respond to emergencies in the hospital and admit patients from the emergency department into the hospital.
